Hello admin of Toyota Shaw. My husband, Alvin, and I just got our Hilux Conquest last Monday (February 7, 2022) and I am commending Sir Mark Anthony Porteria for a job well done. We are delightful customers. Since day one that I inquired, Sir Mark answered all my queries. There was even a time that I told Sir Mark that I think we’ll be shifting to Strada Athlete instead of Conquest. With all his convincing powers, we stick with our first choice. I also tried inquiring with other Toyota dealers but their MPs are just after their sales. They want to close deals in an instant. That I do not like. They should first extend their patience in answering the client’s queries and explaining the product properly before closing such thing. Unlike Sir Mark, he answered all my queries kahit pa under the sun. Hehe.. With all my “kulitness”, he answered me in a good manner. Ganun dapat. Sir Mark is also honest with his answers. He cannot promise things like for example the delivery of the unit, he cannot make an assurance because “lagi daw pong delay ang planta”. I understand naman because its beyond his powers. After 4 to 5 months of waiting, finally our unit has arrived and we were so happy to receive it. I thank Sir Mark for assisting us. For sure, I will recommend him to other clients. My auntie Claire Dulnuan (who also got her Hilux Conquest last year and a satisfied client) told me that Sir Mark is a good Marketing Professional. But for me, Sir Mark is the BEST Marketing Professional.
