I’d like to take this opportunity to give my commendation to Sir Nesmar Dugan – Marketing Professional. He really went above and beyond by assisting me all throughout the transaction. He’s been very patient and understanding during the time I am deciding between getting a Jimny (Suzuki) or another brand. He gave me all the information I need by being fair which led me to getting a Wigo G AT instead. 

Also, I’d like to  highlight that while I have a strict schedule at work. Nesmar made it a point that all documents are processed within the timeframe. He even extended his help by giving me a ride to the office after document signing. This helped a lot as I was able to work that day without experiencing any hassle. Imagine I could be late for work  if I had to ride a public transport.  This also includes how seamless the transaction is during release of my car.

First of all, she was very responsive to queries and very accommodating. In fact I am from BGC Taguig but I decided to transact with Ms. Zynette of TSI because I feel I can trust her since I needed to send my personal details/documents online. Very smooth from start to until released she was there checking me out if I was able to get home safely.

Please accept this commendation for the assistance that Allem Villaflor provided us in acquiring our Toyota Innova. The experience was superb! From the time we expressed our intent to acquire a car, he was very responsive in providing all the necessary information for us to make a more informed decision. He did not complain at all for all the request and favors we asked for, and when the time came for me to take home my car, the process was just a breeze. After signing the necessary documents, Allem made sure I had AC, wifi, etc. I am confident about the purchase of the car, and the promise of great after-sales service because of Allem. Hello admin of Toyota Shaw. My husband, Alvin, and I just got our Hilux Conquest last Monday (February 7, 2022) and I am commending Sir Mark Anthony Porteria for a job well done. We are delightful customers. Since day one that I inquired, Sir Mark answered all my queries. There was even a time that I told Sir Mark that I think we’ll be shifting to Strada Athlete instead of Conquest. With all his convincing powers, we stick with our first choice. I also tried inquiring with other Toyota dealers but their MPs are just after their sales. They want to close deals in an instant. That I do not like. They should first extend their patience in answering the client’s queries and explaining the product properly before closing such thing. Unlike Sir Mark, he answered all my queries kahit pa under the sun. Hehe.. With all my “kulitness”, he answered me in a good manner. Ganun dapat. Sir Mark is also honest with his answers. He cannot promise things like for example the delivery of the unit, he cannot make an assurance because “lagi daw pong delay ang planta”. I understand naman because its beyond his powers. After 4 to 5 months of waiting, finally our unit has arrived and we were so happy to receive it. I thank Sir Mark for assisting us. For sure, I will recommend him to other clients. My auntie Claire Dulnuan (who also got her Hilux Conquest last year and a satisfied client) told me that Sir Mark is a good Marketing Professional. But for me, Sir Mark is the BEST Marketing Professional.

Like me, who is very busy with my schedules, even for documents that I need to sign at your branch, Dulce took the extra mile of serving me like coming to my office or to where I am.  She likewise updates me on promos, new models, etc.  In short, she always has time for me and shows the “on the go” Salesperson.  Even on requirements like proofs of account, she even gets the task of depositing for me on my bank account (for the auto-debit).

Indeed, I am happy about her service as she let me feel important.

I would like to commend Mario Limbo Jr. because he has shown me very excellent assistance during my car loan application process. I would like to thank your staff for the release, warm accommodating, and excellent customer service extended to me when I visited to pick up our vehicle last Friday. In particular ma’am Ivy Abon and her co-workers, and even as there was an on-going renovation, she was so kind to facilitate the timely release and even spent time chatting with a new customer making us feel at home and well attended.
